Long time.....

I know it has been awhile since I have posted any pictures or blogging. Last weekend we went to Champaign for my cousin Josh's wedding to beautiful Andrea. This past Friday, I had a continuing education course in Carbondale. I love going to Carbondale this time of year....the leaves are changing and it is so pretty down south. They always have a CE course this time of year because it is Homecoming weekend. Last year Clint's brother was down there, so we had made a whole weekend out of it. So I missed that this year.

This was probably one of the best CE's I went to in a long time. The speaker was great & funny!! I think she could have been a comedian instead of a dental hygienist. I did learn lots of things and also refreshed me on things I already new. The topics were New Horizons in Periodontal Therapy and Pathos of Pathology: Puzzles, Perplexities and Paradigms.

One thing she mentioned though that I thought was good for anyone to hear. Was antibacterial soaps and how they kill most of the bacteria, but the ones they don't......become resistant and meaner!!! So that eventually this will not be a good thing....and how regular soap & water works the best....because soap makes your hands slick so the bacteria can't stick to them. So just a little FYI....I am not getting the antibacterial anymore. I could go on more about what she said, but that was the gest of it!

Clint has decided to paint our barn out front....that means I have to help. We were invited to a Halloween Party at the Seals, but we have this big project. Brayden went to his Grandma B.'s last night and after I get back from church this morning...the paint roller will be put to action.
