My sister has wanted to throw me baby shower. So very early this morning I decided to go to my local Wal-Mart store and register. Went to the jewelry dept. and could not find the registry kiosk?? So asked the clerk where it was and she said go to electronics! So I was like ok makes sense it is closer to the baby dept. I get to electronics ask the next clerk where is the baby registry and she said well what is the name you are searching? I said well it is for me....I would like to register today!
She proceeds to tell me that they do not do this any longer and that I would have to register online! I was like well that is a pain in the ass!!! My computer works only half the time and it will be take me 10 days to get the stuff on there. Anyway I was like ok...it was not her decision to do it this way.
So I go to my parents to use their computer and register.....well after an hour I might have 10 items on there. Half the stuff is either purchase online only or things I saw in the store was not on there website. I would take the great ole Wally World off the invitations, but they are sealed and mailed. Oh well....oh but the kicker is on the website it says to add more items to your registry you can go to your local store and go to the jewelry dept. blah blah blah!!!! So I sent a message to the customer service, which they probably will not do anything I am sure.
Well just had to vent and hope it made sense!!!!

So sorry Sara. Can you go to a bigger Walmart and do it? I can't believe they are all like that. It's so much easier to just take the wand around and scan the items.
just thought i would let u know that my daughter-in-law...did the same thing on 10-12-09..it was the eham...walmart..they were rude, rolled their eyes and so on...they must not take a personality test to work there!
